1. Services
We provide branding, website design, and AI automation services through our platform. Our signature assistant Elle helps execute business tasks 24/7 via automations, forms, and integrations configured for your business.
2. Payment & Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You are responsible for canceling in advance if you wish to discontinue. Refunds are not issued once a billing cycle has started or once work has begun.
3. Ownership & Licensing
Websites, automations, and materials created for clients remain the intellectual property of Loe Design Co unless stated otherwise. Clients receive a license to use these materials while on an active subscription.
4. Using Elle, Your AI Assistant
Elle is your digital secretary — working 24/7 to lighten your load. She handles tasks like follow-ups, scheduling, and customer interactions on your behalf. Elle operates based on workflows and settings you (or we) configure. While she’s smart, she’s not perfect — so human oversight is still encouraged.
You are responsible for reviewing messages or actions executed through Elle. Loe Design Co is not liable for outcomes resulting from automated actions taken without manual review.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any account that violates our policies or fails to meet payment terms.
6. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and protect all client data using secure tools and encrypted communication. Information collected via forms, automations, or Elle is used strictly to deliver and improve our services.

Name, email, phone number, business data, and relevant preferences. We also collect basic device info like browser and IP address.
